The Brewers Association, a not-for-profit trade group representing small and independent craft brewers, released its annual lists of the top 50 producing craft brewing companies in the U.S., based on beer sales volume. Of the top 50 overall brewing companies, 40 were small and independent craft breweries, and six of those use ClearWater Tech ozone water disinfection systems….Sierra Nevada, Duvel Moortgat, Bell’s Brewery, Stone Brewery, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, and Harpoon Brewery.
Ozone is an alternative, cold-water technology used to control bacteria, molds, and other microbes in the brewery facility.
