Look for CWT on page 38 in this month’s issue of The New Brewer. Look closer and you’ll see a golden pale ale from Duvel, a CWT ozone system customer from Belgium. Founded in 1871 by the Moortgat family, Duvel beer is exported to more than forty countries today. They also own another one of CWT ozone customers, Firestone Walker Brewing Company of Paso Robles.
