Just in time for summer, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published their certified lab samples from several Public Pools & Popular Water Parks across the country. It doesn’t look good for chlorine and other chemicals used to sanitize and clean swimming pools.
Some pools had to be shut down because bacteria counts were off the charts and more swimmers were getting sick. Samples found Enterococci (fecal matter), coliform, e. coli, and pseudomonas. And the popular water park that didn’t have any bacteria……. find out why.
