Stone Brewery, of Escondido, CA, uses ClearWater Tech ozone systems for surface sanitation AND recycles their water to make Full Circle Pale Ale. Firestone Walker, another CWT customer, is building its own treatment plant. Bravo to these and other breweries that are leaving expensive and polluting fuels and industrial practices and moving toward a more sustainable industrial footprint.
